Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of ReviewFlow (the "ReviewFlow service"), an online software subscription service. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
ReviewFlow helps businesses store customer details, prepare personalised review request messages, and track their status and follow-up dates. You send each request yourself, by copying the message or opening it in your own email app. ReviewFlow does not send emails, SMS, or automatic reminders to your customers.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract and use ReviewFlow for business purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ReviewFlow to send spam or unsolicited messages, offer incentives for reviews where prohibited, request fake or misleading reviews, break review platform rules or applicable law, or attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
4. Your customer data
You own the customer data you enter. You confirm you have the right to store it and to contact those customers, and you are responsible for complying with privacy and marketing laws. This data is processed only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Plans
- Free ($0/month): up to 25 review requests per calendar month, 25 customers, 1 template, and 1 review destination.
- Pro ($19/month, USD): up to 500 review requests per calendar month, 2,500 customers, unlimited templates and review destinations, and CSV customer import.
Limits are enforced automatically. Plans or prices may change with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
6. 14-day free trial
Each account can start one 14-day free Pro trial. No credit card is required. When the trial ends, your account returns to the Free plan unless you upgrade. You are not charged automatically at the end of a no-card trial.
7. Payments and billing
Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Prices exclude any applicable taxes unless stated. If a payment fails, Pro access may be paused or your account returned to Free.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to Free. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
9. Intellectual property
All rights in ReviewFlow, including its software, design, and branding, are reserved. You keep all rights to your content, and grant a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
10. Service availability
The ReviewFlow service aims to remain available and reliable but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be updated or changed, and maintenance may be performed from time to time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewFlow is provided "as is". There is no liability for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or the outcome of any review. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for ReviewFlow in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using ReviewFlow and delete your account at any time from Settings. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or closed. On deletion, your data is permanently removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
